About this notice and how to contact us
FYPAS is an independent information platform at fypas.com. Public contact location: Madrid, Spain. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, use our contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message. Please provide a working reply address and only the information needed to identify your request.
Information you provide
You can read our public pages and compare programmes without requesting a report or specialist contact. Find Your Path sends the answers you choose to provide to our server to generate preliminary guidance. These can include nationality, country of residence, destinations, objectives, household details, income or investment ranges and answers relevant to a route.
When you request a personalised report, we collect your name and email address and store the report, its profile and results, request time and your optional choices. A report link can be opened by anyone who has that link. Keep it confidential.
When you contact us, we collect the contact details, message, preferred language and contact channel you provide, together with relevant programme and journey context carried into the form. Phone details are used when supplied for your chosen contact method. Operational records can include preferences, consent records, entry-page context and technical information needed to deliver messages, maintain the service and address abuse.
Purposes and grounds
We use the information needed to provide the report or response you request. Optional newsletter and specialist-contact choices are separate and initially unselected; requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing or, by itself, authorise a partner referral.
We rely on consent for optional activities where we ask for your choice. We also rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating and securing the service, preventing abuse and maintaining appropriate records, subject to your rights and interests. If processing is necessary to provide an agreed service at your request or fulfil an applicable legal obligation, the corresponding legal ground applies. You may ask us to explain the ground relevant to your request.
Recipients and service providers
Information is handled by the people operating FYPAS and providers needed for functions such as hosting, security and email delivery. If you separately request specialist contact, the information needed to consider an introduction may be used for that request; any intended sharing with an independent professional should be explained before it occurs. A report request is not permission to share your details for unrelated marketing.
Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. You can use the contact form to request details of the providers, processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your request. Any international transfer must be handled under applicable data-protection rules.
Retention and private reports
Personalised report links are valid for 30 days. Expired report records become eligible for the site’s cleanup routine; expiry of access and completion of deletion are different events. The validity of a link does not determine retention of contact records, email delivery records, consent evidence, security logs or backups.
Contact and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle and follow up your request, maintain evidence of your choices, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. The relevant period depends on the nature and status of the request. You can ask about retention or request erasure through the contact form.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager insertion and Jetpack audience tracking are disabled or blocked in the current public configuration. The consent-preferences banner has not yet been activated. Our Cookie Policy explains the current configuration and functional storage. We will update the notice and provide the necessary choices before enabling optional tracking.
Your rights
Depending on the law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Submit a request through our contact form. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide a suitable channel.
You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the authority in the country where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred. In Spain, information is available from the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Automated guidance, security and changes
Finder guidance is generated from structured rules and the answers supplied. It is not an immigration decision, a legal assessment or a guarantee of eligibility. Public authorities and qualified professionals assess applications independently.
Private report pages are excluded from public indexing and public page caches. No online system is risk-free. Do not put passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in general message fields. We update this notice as the service and its data practices change.
